AUSTRALIA CLUB RULES

All Showcase members are required to follow the club rules set out below. These rules ensure that we can continue to offer sample stock from the world’s most exclusive brands at the highest available discounts to our valued community.

These rules apply to membership eligibility only and in no way affect your consumer rights. Showcase reserves the right to refuse access and/or revoke membership to any member if any of the Showcase club rules are not adhered to.

These rules apply to your invitation as a member to events hosted on our in-store and online e-commerce sales.

Please read our Terms and Conditions before you shop with us, as those terms apply to all sales. Please also read the event-specific terms and conditions on the event page before booking.

AUSRTALIA IN-STORE RULES

• You must have a valid ticket to enter this event, each guest will require their own ticket

• Early entry will not be permitted.

• Your timeslot is for browsing and completing your purchase.

• You will be asked to leave at the end of booking.

• If you arrive less than 15 minutes before the end of your timeslot, you will not be guaranteed entry.

• Last entry is 30 mins before closing time.

• No re-admittance is allowed.

• All items are ‘sold as seen’, please make sure you are happy with your purchases before you check-out at our tills.

• Card payments only.

• All Showcase purchases are strictly for personal consumption only. Our commitment to brands is to ensure that we do not allow members to resell products and as such Showcase isn’t to be used as a platform for resale.

• No food or drink is allowed into our events to protect the stock.

• To maintain a less crowded and safe shopping environment, strollers are not permitted in the main venue.

• Due to the nature of sample sales, prices may fluctuate, and Showcase reserves the right to amend prices at any time.

• Showcase reserves the right to refuse sale and/or revoke membership to any member if any of the Showcase club rules are not adhered to.

• No returns, refunds or exchanges are available for in-store events where you have purchased the product in person.
